The Is Initialized command is sent to the analyzer to check the initialization state of the analyzer. The command format is:
“Is Initialized”
Response: “IS INITIALIZED;<status>;Reason=<reason>” where a reason will be supplied for SUCCEEDED and FAILED status.
The reason value will be:

“no” – The analyzer is not ready to receive further commands.

“yes” – The analyzer is ready to receive further commands.
