Net Protocol Suite is supported on host machines running Windows Server 2019, Windows 10, or Windows 11 64-bit operating systems, and serves as the interface for the analyzer.
Note: For Windows Server 2019, see Windows Server 2019 Installation for detailed instructions on how to add the firewall exceptions to ensure the application finds analyzers over the Ethernet network.

Note: First-time user registration is required.

To install via the command line, type the following:

Selective Component Installation
Selective component installation includes the components in the default component installation, as well as the selected analyzer components.
To install via the command line, type the following:

Command Line Uninstall
To uninstall via the command line, type the following:

Error Messages
If you see an error message during driver installation for Windows, consult your system administrator. Your system might allow only administrator-level users to copy driver files.
