Support Levels

Supported: Current product. Full support for live capture, software updates, and bug fixes in current releases. Factory repair services (RMAs) are available.

Legacy: Discontinued hardware that remains compatible and tested with current software releases, including maintenance bug fixes. Hardware repairs are accepted subject to component availability.

Retired: Discontinued hardware no longer tested with current software releases. Repairs cannot be accepted due to component availability. Use the listed release for validated operation.
Trace File Compatibility
Saved capture files (.usb) from all supported and legacy analyzers can be opened and analyzed in current software releases. Only older CATC-era analyzers (USB Advisor, USB Tracer/Trainer, USBMobile) require v7.70 or earlier for trace viewing.
