Known Issues

The following issues are known to affect the USB Protocol Suite. This list is maintained continuously and is not specific to a single release. Contact Teledyne LeCroy support if you encounter a problem that is not listed here.

[Voyager M4x] USB 3.2 exerciser is unstable. Only units with a Main Board revision of 0x9 or lower (as seen in the About box) are impacted.

USBPS-19536

Opening traces from a Shared Folder (with Read/Write access) within a VM is not supported. Workarounds include:

  1. Updating the Shared Folder permissions to "Read Only" instead of "Read & Write".

  2. Opening the trace from a location within the VM.

  3. Opening the trace from a network location.

USBPS-20083

[USB4] TBT3 Active Cables with bidirectional re-timers are not supported.
